My account was suspended

    Hi,

    I set up an account today and created an application form - I  have just received notification that my account has been suspended due to phishing.

    Please can you get back to me ASAP , as I've spent the whole day creating this application form .

    Hi,

    I checked your account and form. Your account has suspended due to Copyright Logo and Fake service scam. There's a logo on the form which their registered email was not affiliated. 

    If you have proofs of affiliation to Bendigo Bank, please provide to us. And we can activate your account.

    We have inspected the website but could not find anything that shows that you have permission from the Bank to use their logo. Please send the following:

    1. The URL where your form is used.

    2.Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution. 

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2206021 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Hi,

    The Mirboo North & District Community Bank is run by a Board - Strzelecki Ranges Community Enterprises Limited. Please see our Australian Business registration at this link https://abr.business.gov.au/AbnHistory/View?id=76139013095

    We have a franchise agreement with Bendigo Bank, which is confidential and we are not prepared to share, however I attach a document for you to review that was sent to us by Bendigo Bank



    My other thought is that if this is not sufficient to comply with your rules – could I simply remove the logo and the Bendigo Bank privacy statement ?
