    Duplicate Fields not showing up in email

    I created a form with several fields, then duplicated 3 of those fields to allow for a second entry on each form.  However when the response is received by me, only the original field is passed to the email.  The duplicated info does not show up.  How do I ensure that duplicated fields are sent?

    I see the problem. Your form notification doesn't have all the field tags, probably it wasn't properly udpated. To fix that, simply delete your existing notification and create a new one.
