I can't seem to download some of the files

    thank you so much. Also, while I have you: I can't seem to download some of the files - when I open the excel file they're empty. 

    Files that I cannot download:

    Do you mean that you can not donwload some attachments from the above form? Or you can not download the submissions as Excel files?

    Can you please provide the IDs of some submissions, where the issue occurs?

    I don't understand why the excel spreadsheet comes out empty every time........

    Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and login back to your account to download?

    Can you please try to use the Download All button in your Submission page and let us know if the issue still remains?

    Alright. I checked your account again and noticed that your data is on our US servers.

    However, you are from EU. Can you please try to go in the setting and check the "Store my data only in Europe (Germany)" box? Please refer to the attachment.
