creating a spinoff field

    I'd like to ask a question which, if answered 'yes', would spin off a 2nd question or field. For example, I'd like my question to be "Meeting Room Required?" with a Yes or No option and if it's answered "Yes", to then offer a blank field for location. How do I do this?

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    To accomplish the objective that you have mentioned, you would need to use the Conditional Logic of your form to show a previously hidden field after the input of your respondent. I will go ahead and provide you the step by step process here.

    1) Add a field to your form to be hidden

    2) Hide the field following the screencast below

    3) Create the conditional logic that will show the field when 'Yes' is selected
