How do I embed an external url?

I've put together a social research survey and in the up-front introduction, I've put in a link to allow people to click to the external website, should they wish to have more information about the project.  This introduction uses a "Free Text (HTML)" box and has the link data encoded in html script.

For some reason, when the link is clicked I keep getting a 404 page, from within the JotForm site.  So rather than it going to, I get this message:

    404 Not Found

    File not found.
    The url address shown is:
I've gone into the html code, and verified that the url address is correctly shown as "" and I've cleared the cache to ensure that it's not an old version simply reloading.
Any ideas of how to fix this?  For some reason does JotForm not allow urls to be embedded with external urls?

Thanks Dinesh.  All good now.  A bit confused as to why it didn't update before.  I'd added the "http://..." and re-tryed before posting the question.  Thanks for being so thorough!
