Technical problem

When uploading a picture on JotForm, the front facing camera activates but I want the rear facing camera to activate so people can upload their insurance information. Is this even possible in JotForm?

It seems that you have posted a similar query on a different thread. I cloned your form and run a test submission using my android phone and launch the form using Google Chrome. When I'm on the Take a photo widget it shows the rear camera. I checked your form and I can see that the Take a photo widget is set up to use the rear camera automatically.

May I know if what device you are using or which browser you are using? Also, is your form embedded on a website?
