I Requested an Account Cancellation

    I requested an account cancellation a few days ago and I was advised that my request would be forwarded to the appropriate person handling such requests.  Why is this account still open?

    Having just read the threads about the account mixups (two users with the same username) I suspect the delay is being caused by extra care being taken not to delete both accounts.

    Nevertheless, I will submit a ticket on the matter ASAP.
