My account is suspended?!!!

    I was trying to build a form for a client and suddenly cannot access anything?!!! This is pretty terrible. Please help ASAP

    I could not find any account with the email address co******cording@gmail.com. Also the last edited form 200686498793069 belongs to another account "xcit***dia" which is active and not suspended.

    Please let us know the account username or the form URL/ID that you were working on, so that we may check the account status.

    The account would be under ***@tur*****esign.com - I am working with
    someone from Xcite Media and wanted to create an additional form under my
    account in order to test standard form vs single question per page. Please
    help as I need to get access to this account asap.

    "Phishing. You agree that Jotform Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form’s purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

    If you want to have the account reactivated, you need to agree to have the password field deleted first:

    Please note that it is not possible to add password field in form and created such forms are not allowed in JotForm. You can add short text entry field and change the label to key or code instead of password as label. 

    Please confirm, we will delete the password field from your form and activated your account again. 

    We will wait for your response.

    I have deleted the "Password" field in your form and reactivated your account.

    You should be able to login to your account and access your form.
