Dear JF: I have used a few simple jotforms before and liked them. I want to set up one with two additional features now- one that allows people to upload a file to me, another that lets them download a PDF from us. I am attaching a draft of what I think we need it to say, but am open to your ideas.  Thanks, David

Hi David, Here's an example of a form you could use to upload a file that may work for you: http://form.jotform.us/form/31225104313133. Feel free to clone and modify it if you like it.

As for the other form you could make a regular form and then just share a link to your pdf file by setting up an Autoresponder that would then send a link to the pdf file you want to offer as a download.

Example Form for this can be found here: http://form.jotform.us/form/31424571866155. If you test fill in the form with your email you will notice that it sends you back a link to go to download a test pdf which can be saved or you could simply offer a link to a pdf that would automatically download.

I hope these are to your liking but if not then let us know so that we can try to come up with something better for you.

Additionally there is also always our Templates Gallery where you can search and look through various forms to borrow and modify or get ideas from.
