I am over my quota, but I deleted data. Can you revert me to the free plan I was using?

    Hi, can you please reinstate my plan? I have deleted the data from my account so I am under the quota.

    We apologize for the confusion.

    I have checked your account, and it looks like you still have some files in your submissions.

    Please note that your files are might removed, but there is a cached version of them on the server. It takes some time for it to be completely removed. 

    We can remove it manually, but that will remove all your data from a form, so please make sure you back them up if you choose this option.

    Please let us know how do you wish to proceed.
