I've changed the template and my changes to the autoresponse email did not stay. I deleted the old one and made the changes I wanted and it still reverts back to the old email when a form is completed. Is there any way I can fix this. It's quite annoying.

Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and login back to your account to edit your form autoresponder?

I've tried that, and even though it looks like the changes were saved, when I fill out the form (as a test), it still sends the same old email.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with?
Are you changing the recipient email or the content of the email alert? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot fo the issue and we will take a look. Thanks, I just assumed they would mirror each other, well at least the default email, since they contain the same information. Thanks again, that should clear it all up.
