Can the form remember email addresses, so that we don't have to put the same ones in each time?

If you would like to have your form prepopulated with the same form data in fields such as names, email addresses, etc. you can use one of our two methods of doing so.

One would be to prepopulate the form fields by passing parameters in the form URL. Here is a helpful user guide to assist you with doing that: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
