When form is submitted...I want the whole form...is that possible?

It seems like your request is not related to the JotForm service, kindly note that if you have submitted a JotForm form, you will need to contact the form's owner for questions.

Hello @RCIemployee - By "original state", do you mean you would like to receive it an online format like this one?

It's the actual form but fields are populated with the submissions. If this is what you're trying to achieve, you can add an edit link to the email notification that you receive. So clicking that link will take you to a pre-filled form.

Here's a guide on How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date, but instead of adding the EDIT LINK to the autoresponder email, add it to the email notification.
