Possible Scam

I recently applied for a job on indeed. I received a message to my phone # from someone asking me if I was still interested in the "Associate Web Specialist" job. They didn't give any other information. The # it came from is (646)921-0773. I replied that I was interested. They replied asking "did you click the link to read and understood the job description" (note: the bad grammar, this was supposedly from a very reputable staffing firm). As there was no link, I wrote them back saying that I had read the job description on Indeed and felt that I was qualified for it. I was then asked "Have you fill the registration form?" (note: again, the bad grammar). I replied that I did not receive a registration form. The next reply was "Click the link to read more and fill the registration form-in the space of Application Date, write the day you willing to start, we begin this Friday!!"

The link was to this jotform...

It is a totally different job from which I applied to on Indeed and it seems a bit shady. Just thought I would put this on your radar in case it is some dubious activity.

I have suspended the related account and form due to scam suspicious and due to the fact that the account was registered under a free email provider.

If they want to have the account reactivated, they will need to provide a proof of their business.

    Thanks for reporting.
