Tab order of fields on a form

So, I just Googled about this and came across the 'solution' below, which actually advises you to delete the fields and reinput them in the correct order?? Seriously? After setting up conditionals, etc. I'm creating a form with 107 fields in total. This isn't even about getting it right the first time - if I need to insert a new field I'd need to delete the whole thing again? Or tell my boss that it will take me two days to add a text box!?

Is this on a feature request list anywhere? ie that we can edit the tab order settings - even if it means going into each field and editing all the tab orders, that's not as bad as starting again. I need to connect this form to Airtables - I can't risk deleting and recreating fields again manually.

Please advise if there's another solution. I'm kinda shocked about this given how long jotform's been going, the accessibility issue and how this will impact the UX.

I just came across this so now guess it's not an issue. Whew! :)

      Hello, christinamcg

Could you indicate the link of the form and inform the order change that you need on it ?

Hi @christinamcg - That's correct. Based on my test, the form automatically adjusts the tab order in case you re-ordered its fields or once you added a new one.

By the way, the statement provided on this thread by one of my colleagues is correct as well: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1961523-How-do-I-change-the-tabbing-order-on-my-PDF-form. But this applies to the PDF FORM only. This is because the tabbing order always follows the field's position in the online form. However, if you are not using PDF Forms, you may ignore it.
