Unable to connect to PayPal Business Account

    Using the form https://www.jotform.com/build/200316269155148 I added the Form Element PayPal Checkout and am trying to set up a Test Environment. When I click the button under PayPal Checkout Connect there is a prompt to enter the PayPal email address to log in. I enter the email address, check United States, and click the Next button but am prompted to Sign up for a Business account instead of asking for my password. 

    I can log into our PayPal Business account -- there is a merchant ID so it is a valid account. 

    Can you help?

    I checked the form you shared and it is not connected to PayPal.

    To integrate it to your form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout

    You need a business PayPal account to use the integration properly. You can contact PayPal support for more information about your account.
