I keep getting text messages from your company but never authorized this. How do I stop receiving them?

Please note that we do not have a text messaging feature. If you are instead referring to emails, unfortunately, I could not find any email logs using the email address you have provided. Can you please share to us the email address where you are getting the messages?

Kindly share a screenshot as well of the exact message that you received including the sender details.
