My clients have been unable to submit their requests because the Submit button has been replaced with a Facebook Login request!

It is like this because the form was integrated to facebook contact.
Please check your form submit button and the form integrations.
If you want to revert to ordinar submit button, remove the facebook integration and replace the button (delete and just add new submit button)
