In the last 24 hours I have received two emails stating that someone has requested to reset my password but neither of those request came from me. Do I need to change my password to prevent my account from being hacked?

It looks like someone has been trying to get into your account. We can assure you though that as long as your email is safe, your JotForm account will be, too.
Changing password might be a good idea, but not really necessary, in my opinion.
