Hello @support_support699 - I assume that you are referring to a multi-level form wherein several users can add their signatures using the same form and compile in a single submission. Is that correct?

If so, you can try this workaround: A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

The idea is that the form can be used in a chain-like process wherein once a user added his signature and submitted the form, another user will receive a link to edit it and add his signature to the form as well. You can keep the chain from going until the desired level or number of users to edit the form is reached. The good thing about this is that all signatures from different users are compiled in a single submission only.

Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.

Is there a way to add the signature of the form creator during the form creation process? The person sending the form to be filled out needs to add their name and sign it before sending on. From what I can tell the boxes are meant to be filled out by only the recipient of the form. Is there a way to have a template with boxes that are filled out each time by the sender/creator of the form?

    thank you!

    Hi OETForms,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

We have the Adobe Sign integration field.

It has an 'Activate Signer Flow' option. When that option is enabled, the form respondent will be asked to sign the document; afterwards, the sender or the owner of the form will be asked to sign. Both parties will then receive the signed document as a PDF.

    Hope that helps.
