hola buenas noches, sucede que me han bloqueado la cuenta en la que adelantaba gran parte de mi trabajo puesto que tenia unos formularios ya enlazadas a mi negocio, esperaba terminar de editarlos para empezar a pagar la mensualidad del servicio pero me he dado cuenta que me han baneado y quisiera saber cual ha sido el motivo y como recuperar mi cuenta y el trabajo ya realizado. muchas gracias.
