I press pricing then upgrade on the appropriate choice. It then ask me for payment option (chose credit card). Then it asked me to LOGIN (i tried both from already logged in state and non-logged in state...neither worked)...AFter entering USERNAME and PASSWORD, it just sits there ....for a long time (even left and ate lunch and came back to same screen).
I have tried this many times over the past 2 weeks...assistance would be appreciated

Can you please try to upgrade your account using the steps below.
1. Click account.
2. Then upgrade your account in upgrade tab.
