I have a UNIQUE ID in my form, but I have a problem because The unique ID did not follow the order, Why it is the reason of problem.

I checked your account. There was some technical glitch few days ago and was already resolved. Request you to please manually change the sequence number and it should work fine.
I just did a test submission on your form and see that unique id is getting auto generated correctly. Only issue is that it was reset to initial number. Let us know if you want us to change this and we will be happy to assist you on this.
