Customer downloading images from the form

    Hi,


    I have a case:

    The form owner is me. I fill up the form and relevant photos uploaded.

    In the form has the email of the customer, a form receipt was forwarded to the customer. The customer tried to download the image that was uploaded by me. However, the customer received a webpage that stated error404.

    I have attached the URl of the error. I am able to download the image but my customer can't.

    Hope you can advise on this.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Kindly keep in mind that in order to allow users to view and download images within your forms, your first have to follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Navigate to your setting by clicking here.

    2. Disable the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option as shown below:

    NOTE: I've successfully disabled it for you, users can now view and download images within your forms.
