Há algum problema nas sincronizações de preenchimentos?

    Bom dia,


    Enfrentei um problema semana passada, onde atribuí um questionário para outro usuário. O mesmo preencheu o formulário pelo aplicativo, sincronizou as informações, porém, o preenchimento não aparece na minha caixa de entrada. Foi tentado o download do PDF direto do smartphone onde foi preenchido o formulário, porém, a tela fica escurecida e não baixa.

    Fiz o teste com outros usuários e não enfrentei esse problema. Vocês sabem me dizer o que pode ser?

    I understand that the user is filling the assigned from the mobile app. When they fill and complete the form, you are not able to view their submission in your account. Is that correct?

    Please let us know the information below:

    1. Is that user filling the form in offline mode? Are they using the Android app or the iOS app?

    2. Is the user seeing the submission as synced in their app? i.e. when their view submissions for the assigned form in their app, do they see if the submission is synced or not.

    3. Are you able to view the submission in your Form submission page - https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions 

    4. Are you not able to download the PDF submission for your form from the Mobile app? Are you using the Android app or the iOS app?

    5. Could you let us know the user details (user's name,, email address, etc) so that we could check the details on your account?
