I have a form that is not inlcuding one field of info when it is sent via email. The field it is missing is an email address field. I previously just had a text box for it and wondered if that might be the cause. So I removed it and replaced it with an email specific field. No change. I also modified the form to remove a submit button that was directly underneath the missing field. NO changes. Any ideas as to why this could be happening? This form is for a local judge doing mediation work and really is critical so I really need to resolve this issue. Thanks, in advance, for any help received!
The field that is note being sent is the COUNSEL EMAIL for PARTY TWO. (PLEASE DO NOT FILL IN THE FORM AND SEND IT, as we know this is an issue. Thanks!)

One of the most common and most probable cause of this problem is the inability of your browser to pass changes to the Form Builder's notification email setup.
This issue does not happen all the time, although when it happens, it is very easily fixed. What you need to do is to delete your email notifications and create a new one. That way, your new notification email will reflect all the fields and the changes you made with your form.
Please do try this solution and let us know if it works for you. If it doesn't, get back to us and we will be more than glad to assist you.

Thank you for the great reply Neil. It was exactly what I needed to correct the problem. All fields are now being sent with the email. Forums like this are worth their weight in gold. Thanks again!
