Set the email form field as the sender email address.

    Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to have the sender email address be the consultant's name / email address that is on the form.

For example - Greg Gasparini sends a territory check to a franchise brand via the Jotform. Can the sender email address be his and not noreply@jotform.com.

We have 140 consultants that work with 350+ franchise brands.  When one of the brands gets a Territory Check or Lead registration, the sender email address is always noreply@jotform.com. As they recieve many of these, they start populating an email thread and sometimes they miss a very important query.

I see you can change this to another email address on the backend, but is it possible to have it unique to any consultant?

    I hope this makes sense.

    Thanks!

    Pete

Thank you for contacting us. There is a workaround to set the Email field(where form fillers put their email address) as the sender email of the notification. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-The-Sender-Email-Address-With-Mandrill-Account
