How to generate text output based on calculated value range?

Hi,

I'm searching support documentation, but I can't find the answer. I've created a form with 5 different assessment sections, each with five questions having dropdown answers (with values 1-5)

I've successfully set up the calculations for each assessment section (simply adding together the values selected for each dropdown, so the score for each section ranges from 5-25 points), but I want to have the calculation value give one of five "grades" for each section (5 points for the sections shows "Rockstar" in a status field, 6-10 points for the section shows "Almost There!" in the status field, 11-19 shows "Shaky Ground" in the status field, and 20-25 shows "Urgent Help!" in the status field.)

I understand that you want to display some text in the '....Pillar Rock Star!' fields based on the score. If so, you may setup the condition using Update/Calculate field as shown below:

Similarly for other score, you may set the condition as below and duplicate for other fields as well.
