How can I continue on the subscription I had in place?

    Hi, it appears my credit card payment is no longer good. I need to add it in. I would like to continue on the subscription that I had in place. How can I get this implemented?

    Your account is now on the Free plan.

    You can directly upgrade your account to the required plan. Please refer this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    I understand it is on a free plan now. I wasn't given the opportunity to provide a new credit card since the one I had on file was no longer valid. I shouldn't be penalized for something like that.

    Your account is now on the Gold plan.
