I found the following posting below and it seems that it is what im looking to achieve is possible. Basically I have information in our crm that I would like to use to populate my clients personalized service agreements form in jotform for each of my clients. I like what this solution does as i would like to send an email to my client with "registration number" which is personal to them and when iwanted to i could delete this registration number so that someone else cannot access the form by accident or on purpose.

Also our pricing changes after a certain time frame so I can the expire the link as well.

Im using sugarcrm with mysql database but my programing skills are not up to task, Im looking to hire someone for this project.

Please let me know what further questions you may have about this project.

Im also using the Zapier service as well to upload data from jotform into sugar as well.

    Thank you.

    Hi Glen,

Since JotForm itself doesn't have integration with SugarCRM it may be quite difficult to achieved what you are looking for but we'd love to provide you workaround for this if there really is.

First off, since I am not quite able to understand what you really want to achieved would you please provide further details on what function you are looking for? We'd appreciate if you could specify it a bit further. Provide your form URL and what data/fields are to be passed on your database.

Unfortunately, my colleague (FXR) who provides the whole script on the provided thread isn't working with JotForm anymore but that doesn't mean we will give up with this. Also, just a heads up, we can't work projects unrelated to JotForm so my suggestion is to hire someone that's more capable of doing this at oDesk. You can find experts there and help you with the integration.

We'll wait your explanation on the desired function with JotForm. Thanks and Regards!
