    Hello. We are so very sorry for this misunderstanding. In NO WAY ever would we be phishing for anything. A friend of ours suggested that we get a VPN to protect our IPs as we were upgrading our security software. We had no clue this would cause a problem. Can you please restore the accounts. We love using your services and would never want to break any rules to the company that has seriously saved our lives and helped so many out. You have no idea what a blessing you guys are for having the forms you do.

    I did check your account "SupportTeamLPOTW" associated with your email address and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already active and you should not have any trouble.

    Do try to sign in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you have have any trouble. If your IP address appears to be blocked, please let us know your current IP address from where you are not able to sign in, we will take a look.
