Light Box - Next / Back buttons not working all the timeAsked by bigbudgie on May 24, 2013 at 06:23 AM
I created a form to be displayed in a light box -all seemed great, but have had feed back from people (and had the problem myself, that sometimes it seems to get stuck, - the next or back buttons do nothing and you have to close the form.
Can you please advise, I have seen that other have had similar problems but could not find an answer.
Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to the issue, can you please share to us your website URL where your form embedded for further assistance?
Thank you for your response, - I have just changed the form back to the light box I am have problems with.
I tried it again and it is still "sticking"
The site is : www.grantschemes.co.uk
There are 2 forms on the page (Grant Finder! and Contact), both have similar problems but the main concern is the Grant Finder! one.
It seems to get stuck so when you answer the questions and then press next - nothing happens, - it does not stick every time but very regularly.
Another problem is that when the form loads the back button is shown momentarily on the first page - is there a way I can disable that as well.

What is your browser when accessing the website? So with your OS? Please try this to fix;
On your current form embed codes, remove the number "2" (in red below)
See if that resolves the issue.
So far, everything works for me. I have cleared my browsers cache and cookies, access the website in a different machine - all works.
With regards to the back button, it supposed to be hidden in the first page. It is maybe related to the issue with not able to click the next button. Please try the above solution and see if that resolved the issue as well.
