how do i clear more space from the upload storage?

We have deleted all the submissions but the usage is still over the limit.  Please let us know how to reset this feature so we can continue using the app.

I do apologize for the inconvenience.

After checking your account, I have found that you are still currently over the limit on your account due to the upload storage that you are using.

If you have already deleted the submissions stored in your form submissions, it seems that they have not fully deleted from our servers. Would you like us to permanently remove these files?

Do note that once we have removed them, they will not be able to be restored.

Please get back to us and let us know how you would like to proceed. We will wait for your response!
