How to collect payments from donation form

    Hello,

    We have recently set up a donation form that collects the users card or PayPal info, but we cant figure out how to collect the payment.

    Hi Mary, thanks for contacting us!

    I understand you are asking about the donation collection form. I see that you integrated it with PayPal pro. If you set up the form correctly it should be routed to your PayPal account that you linked to the form.

    Kindly please link your Paypal integration with your personal PayPal account:

    Hello,
    If people pay with card, does that go to our PayPal too?
