Hi There,
I'm unable to log in to prepopulate for some reason.
The username and password are filled in, however, when I try to log in it just asks me to sign in again.
See screenshot attached.
Please advise urgently as I use Jotform every second of the day and it's holding up my workflow right now.

It seems like Prepopulate is not allowing any of us to log in using Chrome.
I've logged in using Firefox and it seems to be working.

Could you please try these steps:
1. Clear your browser cache.
https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
2. Re-open the browser.
3. Try to login again.
4. Also, try in an incognito window of the browser.
Let us know how it goes.
