Unable to see the form without login

    Hi,


    I am unable to access my form without logging in. This should be public to everyone with the link. This is the form link:

    https://form.jotform.com/200715740121340

    Even when I log in I cannot access it, it redirects me to the same login page. 


    Can you please help?

    Hi enedia,

    I checked your form. As I can see your form is a private form and it is only available to assignees. It should be a public form for everyone to access it. Please check the following option to avoid that.

    1) Go to your Form Builder and click the PUBLISH button.

    2) Then go to the ASSIGN FORM tab.

    3) Click the settings box and check the "Public Form" section.
