How quickly will I get a response regarding non-profit approval?

Our EMS agency is trying to urgently create forms in wake of the pandemic.  I submitted non-profit information just a few minutes ago, and it stated that I would receive an e-mail with further instructions.  Is there anyway you can push this through?  Thank you so much, in advance.

What do you mean by "I submitted non-profit information"? Kindly be noted that you have no submissions associated with your forms.

Can you reproduce the issue on your end so that we can assist you further?

Also, it would be great if you could share a screenshot or the URL of that page where you submitted your information.

Apologies.  I meant--I have a free account that I want to upgrade with the non-profit discount applied.  I submitted the information to confirm non-profit status.  When can I expect to receive further e-mail instructions on how to upgrade the account with the discount?

Hello @coreynaranjo - After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed.

And once approved, you will receive a confirmation in the email address that you have provided in the application form within 24 to 48 hours.
