After many attempts, I cannot change the notification email address with any success. I followed the instructions in the user instructions set and the faq's. Please advise. I have not loaded it to my site yet because the testing has not checked out yet.

Hello! Regarding notification email address, even if you have successfully changed the recipient email, when you press Test Email it will still send it to your jotform account email.
Don't worry though because when you actually try to submit a form through the direct link, it will be sent to the email you specified in the recipient email.

To change the Notification E-mail Address please follow the instructions below:
1- While editing your form go to E-mail Alerts tab in the top menu, there click on the current Notifcation.
2- Then click on Replay-to and Recipient Settings button.
3- After that in the Recipient E-mail field type the new E-mail Address.
4- And finally click on the Finish button.
After all of this test your form.
