JotForm Pulling From a Table/Database?

Is it possible to have a form that pulls information from an existing database such as Google Sheets or even the JotForm's own database?

For example, I already have a scan in a form that records all package IDs, tracking numbers, and the location that the package will be placed. I would like to have another form whereby the user can enter in package ID and it give them the tracking number, location, or any other field from that table.

At this moment, there is no way to pull information from any external databases or from existing submissions.

The closest thing we have on this is our Spreadsheet to Form widget.
