    Hi:

Can I send out emails to a list with a custom URL in each message that points to the same JotForm... for example:

    http://myform.com?useroo1
    http://myform.com?user002
    http://myform.com?user003

Then when those users submit their form, I get the "user001" or "user002" data with their form submission? This would let me associate their responses with existing user data in my CMS.

Bonus coverage: can data be embedded in the URL that would pre-populate certain fields when that user opens the form? For example, if I sent them this URL:

    http://myform.com?user001&Joe&Blow&Seattle

They would open their form and see the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and CITY fields pre-populated?

Yes, you can do that with us. However, each value should prepupulate some field on your form, so URLs will be like:

    http://myform.com?user=useroo1
    http://myform.com?user=user002
    http://myform.com?user=user003

Prepopulating multiple fields is also fine. We have an article about this:

Prepopulating the fields to your JotForm via URL parameters

If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know. Thank you.
