Calculation for numbers of bagels needed and bagels chosen numbers

i would like some conditional formatting that while bagels chosen is less than bagels needed then the bagels still needed and quantity; but if the bagels chosen is MORE than bagels needed then a similar box of something like "you need to choose" X# less
