When I download the submissions, the Japanese characters don't display. How can this be resolved? Thx!

What are your current OS and MS Office Version? It seems to works fine on my end using Win 7 MS Office 2010
It's probably because of your current MS Excel Encoding Settings and or Computer Language Settings.
I have uploaded the file, download it here: https://shots.jotform.com/welvin/userfile/JP-Signum-Form - (2013-05-25 02_52_45).xls. Open the file and see if you can see the same error on your end.
