Updating google sheets

    Good morning,

    I created a form, synched it w/ Sheets & Drive, and now have made updates to the form. The Google Sheet associated with the Form hasn't updated. How can I resolve this?

    Thank you for contacting us, please note that if you change the form (add/remove/change a question) or the spreadsheet directly, the integration can break.


    Below you will find a few steps to resolve this process:

    1. Please go to your Google Sheet and update the Recalculation time, click on File > Spreesheet Settings > Calculation and change the Recalculation to On Change and Every Minute.

    2. Remove the integration and add it again. A new spreadsheet will be created and all the submissions will be synced.

    Please check and if you notice that the submissions are missing or the new submissions are not syncing, unfortunately, you will have to reintegrate the form to Google Spreadsheets.
