PagSeguro: getting PCI checks are failed error message when submitting form

    Hi guys. I'm trying to integrate the platform of payment PagSeguro with Jotform but when I submit I get the error: "PCI checks are failed"

    Credentials like email and token are okay and I'm using the live mode. I've tried to change a lot of settings but neither of them is working.

    I did some search to try to find a solution but as I could see other developers have the same issue, so I think that it could be a problem in your end.

    Could you guys please help me with this issue?

    We apologize for the problem you are experiencing with our Pageguro integration. 

    I cannot replicate this with our sandbox account with Pagseguro so it is likely a problem with the live environment. I have raised this thread to our developers for them to check this further for us. Once we have an update, you will be notified here.

    In the meantime, you may consider duplicating the form and use our other payment integration on the duplicate form.
