Hello,
I created a registration form and I am trying to set up an autoresponder email that includes a link for payment and attaches a fillable PDF waiver. I have the PDF attachment selected to be included in the email, however, after I send the test email the PDF attachment is not there. I seem to have maxed my test emails for today. Any help would be greatly appreciated on why the attachment isn't showing up. Thanks!

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/200715607988161 and it seems the PDF attachment has not been selected.
I would suggest that you enable and disable the PDF attachment and make sure that the checkbox is selected.
Please give it a try again and let us know how it goes.
