Report forms, format has changed

Why has the format changed of our reports, we did not make the changes!!

Can you please tell us which report you are referring to? Are you referring to the visual report or PDF document?

Can you please show us a screenshot of the changes you're referring so we can further check it on our end?

It is the PDF document that has changed! I cannot attach the before and after documents as they are in PDF format and I can only attach jpg or other format images
