In the email notifications beside the sender name option you can choose any field that you have listed in your form.
Is it posible to be able to add 2 options in this field?

You meant add 2 Sender Names?
The closest means to achieve this is by using hindden box field in your form. Put 2 Names as the default value of the hidden box field.
When you go to the form's notification email, the hidden box field should be among the selectable in the "Sender Name" option.
So, when you received the notification message, the sender should contain 2 names.

Ok so if I have say 2 fields called name and say location. Now the answers for each of these will be different for each person filling in the form. Lets say someone fills in the form and his name is David and location is Sydney. Is it posible to get those 2 answers in the sender field. (ie David Sydney) From your reply above it looks like it is not posible but thought I would just ask anyway.

Unfortunately, that isn't possible for now. You may consider using them in your Subject Line instead. In Subject Line, this is possible.
