HIPAA: Is JotForm's HIPPA Form compliance with Washington State Law?

I would like to check if the HIPPA JotForm is compliance with States Law. If yes, is there a section in the BAA specify that? Please let me know and thank you.

The HIPPA compliance BAA did not specify that. Does that means the hippa compliance BAA does not follow state data security requirement? Thanks!

Thank you so much for your help. Specifically we are looking for compliance with Washington State Law (https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=70.02). All we are wondering is without specifying compliance with state security/State's version of HIPPA, can you actually use the form to collect HIPPA/patient information. Please let me know.
