Field Manager app is not working

    Unable to get this function working on my apple computer. Primarily using chrome but have also attempted in Safari.

    I have reviewed your help article's, tested in multiple browsers but I still can't get the function to work.

    Could you clear your browser cache and cookies on Chrome or Safari and try again? Do ensure that you are using the latest version of the browsers.

    I tested this on Firefox and it is working fine. Please also check this from your end.

    When you are trying to login into the app, what error are you facing OR does the login page remain unresponsive after entering your login credentials?

    If it's the latter, please send us a snapshot of your console error log so that we could also check the same - How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
