How can I get the "free text" section to show up on email/PDF submission?

Asked by info@npfilms.com on May 25, 2013 at 03:08 PM

I created a contract and realized that when it is submitted, it doesn't bring the text from my Terms of Service along with it. I'd like to have a formal copy of the signed contract, showing the Terms of Service and the client's responses. The submissions I'm receiving only show the fields where they have to fill something in.

So far the only way I can find to do that is to have the client print the form right after filling it out and before submitting it. However, I'd like a way to access that same page as a pdf for myself.

    Thanks so much.
